Michelle - Geary Boulevard, SF

"There's a renewal going on of a little bit more feminine style than I used to have. Just really natural fibers and Springtime - hopefully."
I love how she mixes up texture for her downtown style. Her headband (made in collaboration with her roommate, who recently had a show at the 7th Heart) is metal, scarf made of fur, pea coat wool and heels made of purple suede.
It was pretty early in the morning when I saw Michelle in a medical building restroom (my first time asking someone in that venue - I promise!), but I was suitably impressed by her individuality to quell any social hesitancy. I feel lucky I was able to get her photo.

A look at that interesting head gear.

Purple heels with socks (and safety pin:)).
