I luv the blouse, and the rolled jeans are a cute classic, but those shoes! The look really tacky with this with this casual outfit, and they should only be worn with a dress or something fancy. I think she'd be much better off with a pair of flip flops. But w/e. No offense meant to, erm, her.
anon -- i disagree. i really like the whimsy of wearing fancy shoes with any outfit. flip flops would look great as well, but the shoes shout out "i want to feel dressy - perhaps even when i'm not" and that is very compelling to me.
of course, i'm known to wear prom dresses to semi-formal/ business casual dinners, just 'cause.
I think I like the blouse if she wore it with leggings- something a little less bulky at the bottom. She could have worn it with slightly dressier than usual flip flops or sandals. Hey you rblog was suggested by blogspot so I clicked on it!
