"Vintage - I like the Dior silhouette. I've kinda got an hourglass myself, so it looks okay on me and I stick to it..."
Rachel was referencing the New Look (of course), I'm sort of partial to that silhouette myself.
I really like her Mizrahi Target wood patterned skirt (notice she's wearing a petticoat underneath) and her great hair.

Don't forget her awesome necklace/pendant.
i love her skirt very interesting!!! but i dont see the "dior's new look" anywhere?
@blushing apples - she's generally adhering to the "new look" whether or not she's actually wearing the clothes of the era. her skirt is a-line and length is right. if she tucked in and belted it would be more "new look", but that's a momentary stylistic choice. i can see that she's going with the principle, but adjusting it for her momentary comfort.
She looks adorable. Love the skirt, the pendant and the hair.
This outfit really is fabulous.
And by the way, in a matter of minutes this blog as become one of my favorites, because it is one of the first fashion blogs I've seen that shows pure fashion, opposed to the owners biased opinions.
