Yukira - Hayes Street, SF

"I like this jacket with these boots."
I like jackets cut small on women. I also like how she's utilized make-up to dramatic effect. I'm not sure I understood her skirt layers fully, she either has a sweater tied around her waste (the black part) or this is an awesomely cut layered skirt. I'm open to the possibility that both statements are true.
