I like how she perfectly coordinates black and white with and stripes and polka dots. Look at how cleverly her skirt is vertical striped in contrast to her top. And an underskirt of polka dots? Pretty great. I'm not sure she dresses to put a smile on other's faces, but she puts one on mine.
