Margaret - Alameda Flea Market, Alameda

"Taking the signifiers of a traditional submissive female and turning it into something you can't fuck with, something constructed and ferocious."

I've taken a photo of Margaret before. I think her response to the question of fashion inspiration is still one of the best on fashionist. And, of course, she knows how to rock the vintage (feminine!) style of the early 20th century.

A look at the seams at the back of her stockings.

Her green 1940s-era(?) appropriate peeptoes.

WOW- I'm not usually a fan of hosiery but those are some incredible nylons. She really works it. The flea market seems to be the place to see and be seen!
