Toile is funny like that- it's either charming, like shown, or chintzy and stuffy. There doesn't seem to be any in between.
@AKirstin I totally agree. Mostly thinking about chairs in restaurants as an example of the (possibly) stuffy example. Though it looks great as a bag here.
