Lorraine - Valencia Street, SF
Lorraine is one of my favorite fashionists around town. I've taken photos of her before. Here she has a playful vibe with her clunky necklace and in typical Lorraine fashion, eschews "rules", i.e. not wearing blue and black. She looks great.
