Momoca - Alameda Flea Market, Alameda

Momoca is one of the best hat wearers in town. Since this is the second time I've spotted her, I know of what I speak. I wish I had similar chapeau wielding skills. Her hat seems so much a part of her outfit that her outfit would seem diminished without it. Yet, her outfit is far from lacking color or character on its own. Bravo Momoca!
