"I work for the company Zuriick, I wear whatever they tell me to."
It's all about the red shoes and the crumply-ness of his outfit. Sort of a genius idea to style someone as if they just got up and not as in bedhead, but as in wrinkled shirt and perfectly slouchy jeans.
A look at those red shoes.

I love (love love love) Zuriick's shoes, which I think I first learned out from this blog! Stylish unisex sneaks, minimalist canvas that doesn't make feet seem bulky and huge. Sigh. I wish they had unisex sizing ala Converse or PF Flyers; their whole line in very-small-to-very-large men's sizes. I'm a women's size 6 but I have no problem wearing men's size 5 if they're sleek and unisex like Zuriick's; other than colorways I have no idea how their men's and women's lines are different.
I love the proportions around his waist - the size of his belt buckle and the way his pants are SO LOW but somehow don't look like they're hanging off his ass.
Those shoes are amazing and I love his jeans.
