I'm really admire Teppei's willingness to play with proportions. When I help with purchasing clothes for or /styling men, I try to encourage the customer to push the bounds of traditional male silhouettes (men in the US tend to be less adventurous about clothes). Here Teppei does his magic by wearing shortened trousers and a bowler whose brim barely reaches off his head. His blazer is right-sized and is great at unifying the outfit. I bow down before his deft sartorial skills.
