I like how her drapey scarf's pattern has the same shade of tan (as a secondary color) as her striped blouse. This outfit could be very conservative, but is saved that by proportion (7/8 sleeves and short pants) and an interesting color mix that visually weaves tan throughout her top layers.

Love these weathered oxford brogues.
