I like how her drapey scarf's pattern has the same shade of tan (as a secondary color) as her striped blouse. This outfit could be very conservative, but is saved that by proportion (7/8 sleeves and short pants) and an interesting color mix that visually weaves tan throughout her top layers.
Love these weathered oxford brogues.

the colors work beautifully together. my fave summer colors are tan/khaki tones and like how the scarf compliments her blouse and jacket. the oxfords are awesome...
