It might be all about the wool felt hat and that military overcoat, but her scarf really holds it together and underneath it all is a surprise - a velvet catsuit from yesteryear (late 80s, early 90s - I used to own one :)).

Supa cute, right? I've said it before, but I'll say it again, I like taking pictures of pairs. There is something in how they're fashionable-ness is juxtaposed against one another. And this is probably just a coincidence or some Camus-esque thing between the two of them, but the burgundy on her dress and that vanilla color are both echoed in his flannel. I think it is meant to be.

Susan stepped off a plane from London just hours before I spotted her shopping at the local thrift store. Besides her dedication to thrifting, I love her lace top coupled with the tartan skirt, it feels somewhat late 80s/early 90s. (My synapses are recalling early McQueen.)
