"My outfit was inspired by this vintage skirt I found at the Texas Style Council Swap on Friday night. It's from Market Publique. They had seeded the swap. And I just love the melee of colors. I'm really into this rust color for fall and it just so happened that I had this olive blouse and shoes and this bag that I thought just really highlighted the awesome print of the skirt."

Rachel looks like she planned and packed this outfit for Austin, the colors work so well together. Her power to add to her wardrobe via a swap and make use of the clothing article right away is a testament to her fashionist powers.
