Sarah - Dolores Street, SF

"I'm just inspired by Victorian(-era) things."

I stopped Sarah because she was the embodiment of a few fashion elements I saw this past weekend. If I were to take SF's fashion pulse at the moment, she might've been 98.6 degrees. With her pink hair, lace shirt, and key charm necklace she exuded a picture of healthy SF style. She was gracious and lovely and if we were in high school, she'd be my new bff. (But we're strangers, so I thanked her and wandered off.)
