Mel - Valencia Street, SF

"And this is inspired by my Mom. It's an old skirt of hers. She has a matching top somewhere, but I couldn't find it, so yeah... I'm feeling the colors today."
I like that the skirt reminds me of Hmong fabric (usually appliqued or embroidered) and that her colors are so bright and cheery.
